MAKING:
Wash the scallops opening them with a knife. Wash them well under cold water. Make a refried with the oil and the onion. When it is slightly brown, add the paprika spoonful. Wash the shells and put each scallop in them, cover with the refried and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 15 minutes. Suggestion: Add ham chunks to the refried. |
