MAKING:
Put water in a casserole. When boiling, add the cod and wait some minutes. In a pan, fry oil and minced garlic and onion, then add the flour, the clams and the white wine. Then add a little cod water and let it cook . When the clams are opened, add the cod and the parsley. Cook for 5 or 10 minutes. Suggestion: Soak the cod the enough time to cook it properly. |
