IR ATRÁS COD CRUMBS WITH CLAMS

MAKING:
Put water in a casserole. When boiling, add the cod and wait some minutes.
In a pan, fry oil and minced garlic and onion, then add the flour, the clams and the white wine. Then add a little cod water and let it cook .
When the clams are opened, add the cod and the parsley. Cook for 5 or 10 minutes.

Suggestion: Soak the cod the enough time to cook it properly.

INGREDIENTS: 1 kg of clams, ½ kg of desalted cod, 1 medium-sized onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1 dl of olive-oil, minced parsley, 1.5 dl of white wine, 1 flour spoonful, salt.
