IR ATRÁS MUSSEL CROQUETTES

MAKING:
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Stir and slowly add the hot milk, always stirring on a low flame about 5 minutes. When the béchamel sauce is thick, add the minced mussels.
Add salt and leave this in a dish till it gets cool. Make the croquettes, firstly with the flour, then with the egg and finally with the breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.

Suggestion: Accompany with Piquillo peppers.
