IR ATRÁS MUSSELS WITH WHITE BEANS

MAKING:
Cook in a pan the beans for about an hour and a half,adding an onion and a clove of garlic.
Stew in a frying pan onion, garlic and parsley and sauté with some breadcrumbs. Put in a pan the sauté, the white beans and the mussels, previously boiled.
They are served in the same pan.

Suggestion: It is important to soak the white beans the previous night .

INGREDIENTS: 500 gr of white beans, 4 kg of mussels, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 1 breadcrumb spoonful, parsley, oil, salt.
