IR ATRÁS BAKED CLAMS

MAKING:
Mix the cloves of garlic, the spring onion and the parsley with the breadcrumbs and the salt. Join this mixture with oil until getting a Provençal sauce. Open the clams in a pan with a little water, put them in an oven dish, add the sauce and grill from 3 to 5 minutes.
Warm the liquid resultant from the clams boiling and pour it over the clams.

Suggestion: Decorate with a little young onion
